It's almost Christmas time so that means the last drawing of the year (and pretty much of the decade) is here! Presenting... Ami Onuki and Yumi Yoshimura from Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi... wait a minute...

This is something I was trying to work on since I saw a drawing made by  evilkinglich of them and the fact that I got to watch the show again. When I thought on making this, I realized nobody has ever tried to recreate their real-life looks (in this case their current ones), so I gave it a shot. It was not easy for me as I was looking for appearances that matched both girls and Kaz (who is at the background) in the style of the show. For those wondering, I will leave links of the three looks I used (just as another fact, a real-life Kaz doesn't seem to exist at all but rather the creators of the series got inspiration from the look of the band's manager).

"But what about their designs from the cartoon?". Got you covered there, and also worked on a third version, this one being based on its pilot episode.

Ya casi es Navidad y eso significa ¡qué el último dibujo del año (y también de la década) está aquí!. Presentando a... Ami Onuki y Yumi Yoshimura de Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi... un minuto...

Es algo que había tratado de hacer desde que ví un dibujo hecho por  evilkinglich de ellas y el hecho de que ví la serie de nuevo. Cuando pensaba en hacerlo, me di cuenta de que nadie se había animado a recrear sus looks de la vida real (en este caso los actuales), así que decidí intentarlo. No fue fácil para mi ya que buscaba apariencias que encajaran tanto con las chicas como con Kaz (quien esta al fondo) en el estilo del programa. Por si tenían dudas, les dejare enlaces de los tres looks que use (solo como otro dato, el verdadero Kaz no parece existir pero los creadores de la serie se inspiraron en el look del representante de la banda).

"¿Pero y sus diseños de la caricatura?". Los tengo cubiertos, y también trabajé en una tercera versión, esta basada en su episodio piloto.
