This design is for Pushback, a character I originally created as a cadet at the Bureau of Superheroes Academy, but will have graduated. She'll be making her first appearance in a WIP of mine entitled "Origin of Paper Tiger".
The hand symbol on her chest is meant to represent pushing. Two hands would probably be too suggestive.
