....do I have to hold this pose?" She says to the artist.
"Um, I've been done for twenty minutes....just been admiring the view." He replies.
9" x 13" color pencil . Coyote seem to be a much neglected species here so here you go. Though this piece did start out to be a snow leopard, then a fox. Glad I settled on her. :)
I hadn't drawn for over a month and felt rusty so needed to warm up before I complete a nearly done commission.
This piece will be auctioned starting next Friday or so.
I'm gonna wait a couple days before I put fixative on this so I can touch up anything I notice after my eyes and brain rest bit.
Comments and critique always welcome. Sometimes you folks catch things I don't see.
p.s. I'm lazy and have never studied fabric folds so I know that has issues. :)

Color pencils are pretty forgiving, within a couple minutes of reading JZLobs's comment, I had easily erased the green stuff down to white paper and five minutes more had it fixed. Thats why I ask. if you ever see something that looks off, do tell me if it's not to late.
Thanks! Thats why I ask for critique, I become blind to issues. I did worry about the legs early on but I was worrying about other stuff too...and a bit of lazy probably was a factor. Sometimes I need a kick in the butt to prompt me to fix things. I've had many pieces I've fixed thanks to critique. And many I wish I had gotten some.
"How Much Longer . . . . .
....do I have to hold this pose?" She says to the artist.
"Um, I've been done for twenty minutes....just been admiring the view." He replies.
Smiling, she says, "Well, let me give you a view I know you'll enjoy." Then, she rolls onto her back and smiles invitingly and seductively at him.
