I used to be a production welder in Michigan. and after driving to work in a car without a heater in 30 below blizzard weather I could warm up in my leathers with the first arc of 300-degree heat from the MIG machine. By lunchtime, you were glad to stand outside in the blizzard to cool off!
My sympathies to the Kittfur -- been there too many times.
I'm working security again, but it's 3:00 or 4:00 PM to 11:00 or midnight. That gives me a couple of hours to go through 'warm blanket' decompression.
