Attack of the Dinosaur bird, Its TURKEYZILLA!!
Seems Claude the Whitetailed deer isn't the only one who raids the feeder. I was alerted on the giant chicken bird by my green cheeked conure, Weebird suddenly freaking out and landing on my head and BD my bearded dragon slowly puffing up, warily watching as this turkey approached my front window .
A total of three turkeys showed up, scratching away the snow, eating the seed the deer buried under hoof.
A certain advantage living outside the city, all the cool critters show up!

My Mom had to move to Sheboygan Falls from her home in Oconto County, north of Green Bay due to health reasons.
And one of the things I'll miss the most is all the different birds and animals Mom and I would see at her place, that we don't see here in Sheboygan county.
Herons, pileated woodpeckers, (they are BIG birds!) loons, ravens, etc, etc.

Yep, I get Trespassing Turkeys out here, too; and they have no more fear than the deer do. I just sat on the back steps and took a half-dozen shots of them while they wandered and pecked.
