I love me some fresh fatty salmon... mmm Plus it looks so pretty too! I also love these rolls called Longhorn Rolls (cause it's Austin and UTA and stuff blah blah friggin T-sips have the best sushi >.>) they're fried and smothered in this delicious orange sauce and arranged in the shape of a longhorn head. SO good!
that does sound pretty cool and artistic.
But what I find the most amazing is how you can make art and so many kinds of shapes in that roll while still keeping the cross section.
You really know your ordering from someone whom knows what their doing when their making stuff like that.

i picked up a pair of chop sticks when i was 5 and i have been using them ever since just fine. in fact once you get used to them they become easier then a fork. i know that can seem hard to believe to thoes who have a hard time though.
This picture is funny and reminds me of everyone i eat with who tries to eat with them for 30 seconds gives up and grabs a fork :p

I did too actually though I was about 7 or 8 when introduced to them for a Chinese new year theme study thingy. It was rather natural actually.
In fact I just went to a very nice Korean Restaurant last night and had no issue using them even for cutting up Croquets and eating mashed potato salad :P
One place I went to a while ago actually complimented me on how well I used them - the server herself said she couldn't even manipulate them like I did.
Now the next task of course is "cutting a fish" with them - likely meaning how you break off pieces of a whole fish and de-bone it by splitting the cooked fish down the fillet.
