An old lab experiment that escaped, but cannot age. Its unknown how long he's been travelling the coasts of the UK. Avoiding the mainland in case he would frighten others not used to quite a sight.
Friendly, but looks intimidating, all he wants is a good scritch and his mane brushed.
Diet is mainly fish, scraps on the beach from BBQ's or helping fishermen in return - he'll get some food.
