There are just some things that a phantom just can't do, and micro trampling is one example. Even though some micros have the ability to see a macro phantom's feet, despite the fear that emerges when they descend towards them, a ghost's foot would just phase through them harmlessly and they wouldn't even feel a thing. Phantoms forget about this fact most of the time, and it annoys them quite a lot.
