No, those aren’t water droplets! They’re just…scales…of inconsistent size, shape, and location. If anything, it’s good to know that this dragon is waterproof! ;-p
I can’t recall exactly on what type vehicle this little reptile was painted. The vehicles pictured in this week’s posts were all present at a display honouring the British emergency services, and so it really could have been anything. The grill at the front and crank handle may be of indication to some, though I must admit that my attention was mostly on the dragon when I took this picture.
