Since Anizhar was pulled into the scroll world of Kakkishon, Venture has been left without a leader. That wouldn't be a problem except that Anizhar was supposed to attend a dinner where high rollers were going to bid on the scroll itself.
Because Anizhar would never miss a dinner in his honor, and it would be a security risk to admit that the leadership of the city is missing. So, with some help from their resident Serpentfolk Agent; Taurie, Anizhar's apprentice Overlord, disguised herself as Anizhar, the Lord of Venture, and attended on his behalf.
Sadly, Taurie isn't nearly as charming as him, and has absolutely no skill in Disguise, meaning she can't really pass as him to anyone that knows what he's like.
This is what she looked like when she first transformed to match him physically. Anizhar looks pretty good in Taurie's outfit, don't you think?
