So i've always had a thing for gender swap muses, but with Velocity i really just loved her character but felt like maybe she could be something on her own. She was never really a cut and dry sonic gender swap anyway, as she had a few unique powers and a backstory. So here is my play on making her into a proper OC. Her power change is pretty substantial as she can alter and control the Velocity of an object, including the direction of that Velocity allowing her to be a pretty potent enemy, and a hard counter for someone like sonic. She can also store the potential energy of any object in motion inside her body, causing her quills to glow, and then release that energy as Velocity for herself IE she has super speed but it's limited by the amount of stored energy inside of herself.
