I've been a huge fan of Skidd and Phuufy's webcomic Uberquest for a number of years now, and ever since they opened up their Discord server and Patreon pages I've become even more engrossed in it, the fanart surrounding it and all of the projects that have cropped up involving it. Recently there has been a substantial drive by the artists to create 'Animatics' based on the series itself, one small one of which has already been published on Youtube, which re-exposed me to perhaps my favorite character of the series: Valmont. The voice actor for Valmont in the Animatic who goes by 'Wiley Koyote' brought so much life and pizzazz to the character that you cannot help but positively adore the bat.

I've wanted for the longest time to try and get some fan art done of my Hyena with Valmont, of course in that typical 'Medieval Flaire' that I've been so fond of lately, and finally had the opportunity to do so thanks to none other than Amara Burrger! I must admit that I'd not even heard of Amara's work until the most recent fundraising stream for the Uberquest Animatics, but seeing an example of her work, and seeing that proceeds from the artwork would benefit Uberquest itself.. I jumped on the chance. So here we have William, offering more refreshment to the Fabulously dressed Bat!

It's pretty amazing to see what the community surrounding Uberquest is capable of creating, let alone how much utter talent has come to become a part of it as a whole. I look forward to seeing more in the future, and I'd encourage anyone reading this to go give it a look!
