A Very Sleepy Lion ~
Recently i've not been sleeping well, but when I do sleep at night its heavy and full of night-terrors.
Not good.
But I feel safer when my mate is up and awake, so I can nap a little to restore at lease some energy. <3
is helping me through this rough mental health patch i've been going balls deep into for some reason.
Seems a little kip in the morning, or afternoon - helps my anxiety lower due to the weight of the duvet and a nap to boost my energy.
I know with insomnia , my doc has told me little power-naps here and there is better than starving my body of sleep.
So nap time for Thrasher.
