Hailing from the tropical climate of Mexicolt, Manco is a zebra sniper augmented with cybernetic reflexes to get the drop on any target. He's a very relaxed sort, slow to anger and easy to please. Manco has standards like any professional sniper (and I mean more than having a plan on killing everyone he meets); he picks his targets carefully, preferring rogue ghouls, dangerous paranormal critters, and ponies who talk in the theater. He can get careless at times, letting his skills give him a sense of invincibility, but that's why he prefers to work in a team that will keep him grounded. If he's not shooting for money, he enjoys night clubs with good food and handsome stallions to pass the time with.
