Jane was a character designed for a space opera involving the concept alien picture I posted in the link above, for the design I used the Lugia from Pokémon as a reference and tried to add a more dragon/predatory look to the form... I think I was minorly successful?

Now some background on the Spartan thingy, basically in the space opera story I fiddled with, Jane's people were called 'Spartan's because of their militaristic like upbringing and intense war industry that made them one of the most feared factions of the galaxy. Sadly for Jane, her 'species' are all but extinct in the story, there knowledge on war however is far from gone making them still feared by many lesser race's and even the current universal super powers.
