Last year, 
9-puzzle made an animation called Liddell's Sexy Walk, along with a template for making more like it.
I used the template to make my own icon of Cherry from Animal Crossing strutting her stuff (SFW and NSFW versions), which lead into taking on a small request from
joody_
The request was for a similar icon of Mae from Night in the Woods, with a huge pair of boobs and strolling through the suburbs with her baseball bat.
These are the only such icons I've made to date.
This is the "safe for work" version, giant bouncing boobs are perfectly fine by FA's own avatar upload policy

It's all pixel art designed for a 99x99 display area. By all means, the original frames could be blown up and redrawn, of course the boobs would no longer fit in-frame, and the hips would no longer be visible.
Walking animations from the front are conveyed better if you can still see the leg movement, otherwise they could just be bobbing up and down.
