This piece was inspired by a conversation I had with
BlueEyedWolf about how if Mataur was a racer in Crash Team Racing, he would get the silly, outrageous costumes the characters get in the game, so he gave me the idea of giving Mataur one of two outfits, one of them being the jailbird outfit. Stripes are trendy and his numbers are referencing the date he was "born"; October 31st, 2019, as he was conceived as a Halloween sona but decided to keep him around.
