So, I saw this and was trying to figure what Poak's voice sounds like. While his size brings to mind Hagrid, the Jolly Green Giant and Sumo wrestlers, I was trying to think of what celebrity chef he might resemble; since they use a lot of foodstuffs from the marshy littoral areas in their surrounding environment I figured their cuisine might resemble Creole or S.E. Asian fare. Just random thoughts...
Who's that scav beast that's a sex machine to all the chicks?
"Poak!"
Ya damn right
Who is the scav that would risk his neck for his brother scav?
"Poak!"
Can you dig it?
Who's the cat that won't cop out when there's danger all about?
"Poak!"
Right on
They say this cat Poak is a bad mother...
"Shut your mouth!"
I'm talkin' 'bout Poak
"Then we can dig it!"
He's a complicated scav
But no one understands him but his female
"Big Poak!"

Headcannon: Poak is so liked that his reputation among yinglets becomes legendary to the point that he becomes a Folk Hero. Like Maui, Poak becomes a sort of demi-god being that many events are attributed to. Within seven generations, Poak will ascend to become one of the three main yinglet Gods. (the other two being the Oracle on the Roof, and the Boney Yinglet) Soon there will be paladin yings roaming the land, questing to become more like Poak, the Bestest Boi and God of Justice. And headpats.
cartoonmeat 's Eggbread could sing songs about him.

Finally! All my questions and theories have been put to rest... about Poak.
Seriously though, I like Poak's always-willing-to-lend-a-helpful-hand attitude. I also like that it only takes a couple pats on the head and a reassuring statement from Poak to make one downtrodden yinglet do a complete one-eighty. Although, that probably had more to do with the yinglet not being all there from the start. Like, I don't think that "Alfalfa" yinglet matured correctly.
