The crew of the UMV102 "RECOVERY" was sent out on a routine tow job to retrieve the incoming DEMETER, an agro transport vessel when their world was turned upside down. Ripped from their docking clamps, the two ships were torn apart from each other, with the RECOVERY able to stabilize first and able to return to the scene to render aid to the DEMETER- who it turns out may no longer need it...
