Welcome everyone to the April Festivale of Fools Stardragon MYO event and community welcome week! We’ve been waiting, you’ve been waiting, and despite 2020 hitting like a dump truck, Common Stardragon MYO slots are finally AVAILABLE NOW!

In years past, we’ve raffled the UC/R slots in the interest of fairness; compensating for time zones, eliminating some of the first come first serve limited slots hysteria, and providing random equal chance for entry. It was a good system that’s worked for us in years past.
But not much of anything lately has been the way it used to be has it? Things are scary and uncertain these days, so we wanted to increase accessibility and eliminate more of the uncertainty in our lives.
Life is short and the World is a nightmare fire, but I promise you, we will be okay.
We want to help be there for each other, together in these times where we need fun and escape playing pretend sparkle dragons. So this MYO season in particular will be a bit special.
• Cheaters will be eaten without trial, so don’t do it!
• Those paying for others MUST specify recepient’s username in the form.
• But it’s two max per email address and three max per IP address. Don’t abuse this >:I
• The computer will not stop you from buying more than one, but trust me buddy if you click it twice I’m only generating one UC code and pocketing your dumdum cash.
• Only one entry per person.
• Winners may choose to opt-out if they are picked but no longer want the slot, and it will be re-raffled immediately.
• Basut cultist’s patrons WILL receive a bonus roll for the Rare raffle-to-buy.
• Winners of the legendary may elect to do a two month pay plan, but regardless of payment status these slots will have a TWO MONTH TRADE/RESALE LOCK.
• Basut cultist’s patrons WILL receive a bonus roll for the LEGENDARY raffle-to-buy.
IMPORTANT NOTE: These uncommon/rare slots will have no species binding. This is unlike years past where we have sold species-bound slots.
Previous years species-specific UC/R slots are NOT considered free-for-all now. We ask you to still fill older UC/R slots with their assigned species. Their serials are labeled by species. However these NEW slots you may decide the species at time of submission.

Uncommon Slots may be purchased for $42, one per person.
Rare slots will be raffle-to-buy at $50 with a 25% drop rate.
Legendary slots will be raffle-to-buy at $200 and two slots are available.
(Hybrids MYOs are not for sale and not allowed)
These will only be available for the first half of the month! So be sure to enter to get your higher rarity slots April 1st-12th.
Commons, as always, are unlimited at $35 and will be open all month.

This year we are holding a community event where you can create and collaborate for the chance to enter to win one of TWO free legendary MYO/Upgrades. One Prize will be raffled for all art entries, and the second prize will be for written entries, separate only because we have a lot of talented writers and roleplayers and I want them to feel seen and have even more reason to interact with friends.
The event which will run from April 2nd-April 30th. Winners will be announced on April 30th, so no extensions will be granted. Entries will be featured on the GemExchange group pages on FA/DA. This event will be one entry per person, max 2 person collaboration, and will be a raffle not concerned with who’s the best. Idfk how to word this lads im so gd tired lmao
More event details on how and where to enter will be posted April 2, weather permitting.
This means that there are a grand total of FOUR Legendary MYO slots available this season,
2 sold via raffle,
2 free via event prizes.
In conclusion, I really hope this is a good solution, and a fun celebration of community and creativity. I love seeing all of your designs every MYO season.

Uncommon RaffleAPRIL FOOLS! There will be no uncommon raffle this MYO season. Instead we are allowing everyone to buy one uncommon per person, if they so desire. I’m letting everyone just straight up buy an uncommon slot this year because fuck it. Please select your one allowed UC slot from the same form you buy commons from! But hurry, because the one per person UC slots will be unavailable after April 12th! • Cheaters will be eaten without trial, so don’t do it!

Rare RaffleWe wanted to do this to bring some more excitement and to spoil y'all with some appreciation for this incredible community. So In addition, the Rare MYO raffle-to-buy this season will be one winner per four entries. In the past it was roughly one winner per 15 entries. So this year the Rare raffle journal opens on April 1st and will close entries on April 12th at which time 1 in 4 winners will be announced. Final count depends on the number of people who enter.• Only one entry per person.
• Winners may choose to opt-out if they are picked but no longer want the slot, and it will be re-raffled immediately.

Bonus MYO Season LaterWe wanted to give this opportunity right now when it’s needed most, but most of us planned for a MYO season, not a plague! The throes of trying times are out of our control, so we will be holding a followup MYO event in June. Having an encore seemed like a good solution for anyone who’s MYO plans may have been interrupted. We don’t want anyone missing out, so if you are unable to participate in this MYO event, do not strain yourself, and count on a Bonus MYO Season coming up shortly in June.
