yea, i mean honestly? a huge part was ONCE AGAIN the media totally blasting him for Being So Extreme for.... wanting the bare minimum human rights? bruh.
and not covering Biden's history of pro-segregation(literaly said he didn't want his kids growing up in a "racial jungle"), pro-war, anti-LGBQT+(literally ran on this in 2008!!), on video touching little girls/women inappropriately, accused of rape with more evidence than Blasey-Ford yet NYT said "o there was no history of misconduct!" & took over two weeks to publish. there was less evidence w the Kavanaugh case and they got on that within two days.
i could go on. it's just a damn shame. both parties in this country are so conservative and awful. i literally was orphaned from how bad healthcare is here, & have permanent damage from docs treating me like shit for being poor w/out parents. it's gross!! i hate this country!!!
