I don't know what to call the thing he invented. It's just a random machine I drew.
Just for a little bonus, here's a couple of fun facts about Dr. Iguana:
He's an inspiration of Dr. Wily and Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz. I was originally gonna make him a marine Iguana and call him "Professor Zilla" but the sounded kinda stupid. The reason why he was intended to be a marine iguana is because I wanted him to have a secret underwater base. After a few days I decided that the marine iguana is not the type I wanted to draw. So I changed the species into a common iguana and renamed him Dr. Iguana because It sounds better.
