Even though Kingfishers are naturally capable of catching fish, doing fishing the traditional way must still be a fun activity! ;)
This piece was actually an art trade - my first one ever! - with the amazing
Blaideii , featuring their Kingfisher character, Nix! They are very kind, draw wonderful art, and suggested doing this trade, and it's been a super fun experience and project to work on! :D

I have to say, I really loved working with the colour scheme, those turquoise blues are beautiful, I can only hope I managed to portray them as such, haha! An extremely fun project, and a lovely character to work with! :)
