I figure not many can make good use of three. They'd usually need two or four. ^.~ And different materials for different colors, special decorations like gemstones... But a normal horse goes through a set roughly once a month, so I doubt a hoofer would be willing to spend too much extra on fancy shoes.

Now, booties to go over hooves for things like indoor surfaces, those might be a different story, more like most other races would do shoes... ^.^
