Before the battle, Logoda 1939
I'm still wanting to sit down and write/draw up a story rough of the Winter War of 1939 of the Finns vs Soviets. Mainly featured around a Laplander Jager unit, the story revolves around a squad of soldiers and one Reindeer, Maarku, the Bear Hunter.
I figure most of these soldiers will be from the same town in Lapland and how their lives have been disrupted by the war.
Goal is to have this fleshed out and digitally colored (Obviously NOT by me, no digital skills).

Heh, was looking at one of those 20mm Lahit's in a Gunshop (Western Drug and General Store) in Springerville AZ yesterday. They have had it on display above the gun racks for decades. Damn those things are impressive - look like something from one of Masamune Shiro's manga like Appleseed or Ghost in the Shell - you'd need to be a cyborg or wearing a power suit to use it like a rifle
