Spenser Von Tallisk II
Spenser is a half native Katazian (anthro dragons with cat type features) and Miliskian snowleopard. He has little knowledge of his family backround. He is a bit of a tuff guy jock. He can be some what cocky, but he always acts sure of himself. He is a very skilled combat fighter by hand and with fire arms. He has the typical guy traits like burping, being a bit of a messy pig and acting a bit the perv. He's physically fit, but not the huge buff man type. muscles are macho ;p. He makes an excellent leader, because he's quick with a useful ideas and not afraid to bust stuff open ;p. He has a childhood sweetheart that he is very fond of, but he's also macho around her.
His position in the Katazian Federation is similar to the marines. Frist on the ground tuff guys.
The main set of the comic is that the four members of Skyforce were framed for a military crime. They escaped custody by stealing experimental inventions called "Sky Boards"
The main vilian force is lead by "Chaos"

Spenser is 19
He has light tan colored fur. His snow leopard spot pattern is light. He has a two black slash stripes on both checks, neck sides and on the back of his head. There is a long black stripe down his back. He has three prominent circular spots on each tricep. His belly, muzzle and under (arm and groin area) fur is white. His hair is tan and cut into a flat top mohawk style. The lower portion is tied into a mid back length tail. Spenser has several dragon traits from his mother. He has glide style wings with no frame fingers. The wings are fully developed but He sustained injury caused by acid. The lower portion of his wings were melted off. He has two horns about the length of his ears, on his head above the eyes. Native Kitazians have tail barbs. Spenser's tail is cat like with a barb resembling a double bladed axe. He also has pointed style ears. The wings horns and tail barb are mahogany maroon colored.
Spenser does not usually wear shirts. He often dawns a leather vest and jeans. The federation has official uniforms of several varieties for different situations. Formal style pants and suits all in an indigo blue color with greenish stripes on the pants indicating troop type. Rank, squad, title and name are displayed on the jacket. Troops are encouraged to use full uniforms including pants. As an act of machismo many don't. Body armor is minimal for that reason. Armor covers chest groin forearm and shin/feet. It has not been adapted for non-winged species and is open backed. It is a blue flexible, dense leathery material. Weapon holsters and supply pouches can be strapped on. Spenser is uses a double bladed weapon latched to his right forearm.
Spenser’s sky board is decorated with a gold border and a worm style dragon.
