Carmen Berech
Carmen is a mixed horse anthro. He knows his family originated from the planet Milisk is a country known as Lemlex. His family has been a part of the federation military since his grandfather's arrival on Kataz. His father is a well recognized and awarded commander of the mech fleet. He has one much older brother and two younger sisters. His family also raised Spenser. Carmen is reliable and loyal. He has a strong bond with family and really looks up to his older bro. He and Spenser do a lot of things as a team. He is strong and loves to be in shape. He makes well rounded decisions and gives level headed advice. He is uncomfortable flying and with most anything mechanical. He shows interest in both males and female, but claims to have a female mate that is MIA. Carmen is the one that really bands Skyforce together and resolves conflict. His position in the Katazian Federation is similar to the marines. First on the ground tuff guys.
The main set of the comic is that the four members of Skyforce were framed for a military crime. They escaped custody by stealing experimental inventions called "Sky Boards"
The main villain force is lead by "Chaos"
Carmen is 20
Carmen is well built and muscular. He has brown fur. His belly and muzzle fur is white. He has a white blaze up to his hair line. The fur on his forearms and hocks is white and fluffy. He has blue eyes. His hair is yellow blond, it is very thick, mid back length and fluffy. Carmen's tail is similar to his hair but much longer. Miliskian horsemen do not have five fingers like most other species. He has two fingers and a thumb. The finger tip bones are hard keratin hooves.
Carmen does not usually wear shirts. He avoids uniforms and wears loose bulky pants. See Spencer's desc for official federation uniform desc. Carmen's uniform has a lime green accent stripe indicating his troop type (ground). The question mark shaped symbol on the right side of the jacket is the official federation insignia. The arm band indicates squad and base. The clips on the collar are for rank and achievement. The name patch is on the left chest in the Katazian symbol alphabet. Troops are encouraged to use full uniforms including pants. As an act of machismo many don't. Body armor is minimal for that reason. Armor covers chest groin forearm and shin/feet. It has not been adapted for non-winged species and is open backed. It is a blue flexible, dense leathery material. Weapon holsters and supply pouches can be strapped on.
Carmen’s sky board is decorated with a blue-violet border and a stenciled red rose.
