Doodled up this face redesign for the Dark Elves from Final Fantasies I and IV to not draw on that old antisemitic caricature goblin face since IMO the rest of their creature design is pretty fun... especially the variant of the Dark Elf design used for Astos' skill card in Mobius Final Fantasy where he's basically just one facial redesign like this away from being a cute furry creature.

This is based on a creative reinterpretation of the NES battle sprite for Astos, Dark Mages, and Dark Fighters, although I realize that the design has always been intended to be how it appears in more recent rereleases, per Amano's artwork of Astos for the original game.
