My first EVER attempt at watercolor for anything other than splotchy backgrounds. This is a surprise for 
November since I got the coloring slightly off on his previous badge. The real version is actually way too big, but I don't think he'll mind ;) I did the name digitally so as to keep the original a stand-alone portrait for. . . what have you.
It's primarily watercolor, with colored pencil for definition. I'm not QUITE good enough to do an entirely watercolor piece, yet. Some day! Baby steps, for now. . . .

I'm liking it. I think you did a great job with the fur. Kinda reminds me of my fursona, minus the scarf at least. And babysteps are always useful in learning.

Whew... wow! I think you've got a great ways of potential for watercolor. You'd be quite unstoppable with your other tools of the trade!
