The writing for Marellis in these past few pages has been spot on at hitting the line between uncomfortable and making you want more... I think a situation many of us joining the community have experienced to some extent. I hope things work out for Star.

Yes gosh they're just like a normal door most of the time. Like no gap at all When I first went to the US I was freaking out at the airport when I had to use the rest room and was like...but people can seeeeee like you can easily get a whole person under that gap!!! OMG! I was so thankful for diapers. We Brits are very prudish hahaha
Omg, I WISH America could get on that lol. Sometimes I’m just trying to use a public toilet and then some terrible person literally puts their eye up to the crack in the door to see if the stall is empty, like excuse me dude, wtf. You would think people would use the space under the door to check for feet but nope lmao

The bathroom situation is terrible here in the US. At my old (and I do mean old, as in circa 1950s) High School, the boy's bathroom stalls had NO doors at all! They had all been removed from the hinges. No idea why. Never seen anything like it outside of an Army barracks.
And don't even get me started on those damn motion-sensing automatic sinks!

Oh no, he knows full well that Star doesn't like it in the slightest. The thing is he has a skewed idea that since Star isn't always meeting his absurd expectations at her job, that makes her "Free Game". Before all this it was just tasking her with extra work and duties she didn't like.
But now he stumbles onto something that could very well RUIN both her military career, her friendships, and her relationship with all her family members, and he is going to take full advantage. To him, he's giving Star her "Just Desserts" for not being the model soldier he wants her to be.

damn I can't wait until he gets what he deserves... I'm not big on revenge or retaliation but he deserves something for doing this to her.. I've been in situations before where I've threw up due to people like this.. its absolutely heartbreaking but I hope it all turns out well for star...
Eh... I get the sense he'd be pulling this even if she were a model soldier. It's got nothing to do with anything she did, he's doing it because he can, simple as. He's enjoying this far too much. As for Star... yeah, I get the hurling, from sheer stress and... well. This thing you've just found you love and brought you so much joy? Now this bastard's gleefully defiling it just because he can, savouring your distress like a fine wine.
Oh no doubt that he would probably still be doing something like this even if she met all his standards, but I think if he actually approved of her the most he would do is make her sweat about it every chance he got vs the LITERAL ruining of her life.
But, a story like this can't have a bad ending. It's all gotta work out. The difference between him and her is that SHE has plenty of friends to help her through this. If she's able to get them to make sure they don't confront him while working on getting something planned, then they can be a great asset. But the initial fear of "If anybody finds out, I'll tell EVERYONE" can be a powerful mental block.

Star I have a honest question, is it possible this is a illegal form of blackmail due to clear indications of malice and unreasonable demands that could cause harm to ones physical mental or emotional health? I don't know your laws but I thought I would ask so hm not in the dark.
