This is pretty good. I like the way you had a timeline, and you're right anout it being half-script, half-story. You have described some interesting events that happened in the universe, like the amendment being added to the constitution, but you don't mention why these events happened: Were there riots, racial hate towards the anthromorphs? Etc. Overall, pretty good and I'd be interested in reading more.
