This is the character Rue Javelin from the story Genesis G-Files, a good ol' OC of mine that I had in my mind long ago. It was used with Nate's base, but with a recolor since I didn't see a raccoon option in it's own category. So please, please, don't think I'm stealing. I'm just using the available resources. Worst case scenario is I claim it for myself, claiming credit for all, which would be impossible might I add.
