Anyone, who has seen the NETFLIX Documentary: Tiger King, knows exactly what this is about.
Perhaps these days, the head that wears a flower crown is just as uneasy as the Shakespearean Henry IV. For many of us, who have worked in the zoological and/or big cat community over the past quarter of a century, it’s been a very long time coming.
“Maybe it takes a Tiger-King.”
And to those of you, who are of that special class of Big Cat Rescue donor and/or volunteer, who continue writing bigger and bigger cheques, even while reacting to even the slightest criticism of Carole Baskin the way that white blood cells react to a virus… Fuck-ya if yer offended! It ain’t like any material fact, no matter what it is, is ever gonna convince ya nohow!
(There’s also an odd echo of Drunken Sailor echoing out of Captain Tony’s in Key West in here, too, but it fades in and out across the Seven-Mile Bridge)
