Alrighty, got another set of finished pieces to upload, because I've been a little too tired these past days to get to it, whoops!
First off is another character - Fenwick! He's a Black-necked Stilt, and a long-standing member of the Marshguard! Armed with his trusty lance, he stands watch over the wetlands near his home, for the night can hide plenty dangers.
While his quiet and sometimes concerned attitude can be easily mistaken for inexperience, this bird has seen enough fighting to know how to handle himself.
Another char design, and a super fun one at that! :D Might have mentioned this already, but this is one of my favorite bird species from real life, always get plenty of pictures of them whenever I'm out birdwatching, haha!
And hey! I have a Ko-Fi page now! I use it for commissions, but also as a tip jar!

This is so cool!
I love medieval stuff, so seeing a stilt with a spear, this is really cool! I actually have a novel (not finished lol) with stuff like that, so I love when I see other people draw things similar to it!
As always, lovely details and coloration, also those legs, man! They're real cool :D
Also I don't think I've ever seen a stilt, I think it's really cool that you get to see them were you live!

And hey, I love these kind of medieval fantasy settings too, especially with birds and/or other animals! I think that likely comes from reading through the entire 'Guardians of Ga'Hoole' series, haha!
