Here we have another of Turbo's rogues, Hot-Streak. Partnered with Cold Snap in their younger years but parted ways due to conflicting personalities. He helped designed the Cryo-Guns Cold Snap uses while Cold Snap helped him perfect the Molten Core technology. His suit along with the Core, allows him to shoot energized fire projectiles for blasts, beams, walls of flame, and even to propel himself along the ground and through the air. Bio coming soon.
