So Spoilers they finally have kids, but a member of the family is missing.

Ethan and Luna still morn for their loss even though he had a backup of his memory he just doesn't seem like the friend or brother they remember.
Luna wishes to name their kid or kids after "Reco" to honor him and his sacrifice to name some of their kids after him.
In all, They will have some lil monsters of their own, and sadly for Ethan and Luna, they all get super abilities as well. All thanks to Luna's nano-machines in her body.
