Species: Cocoadile
Character Description: (I asked and he was alright with me copying it)
Rex is a blue-green variant Cocoadile who lives alongside Cecil Cocodile's neighborhood in the Garden.
He is good friends with him and loves a bad ol' joke or two from Chortles Chippopotamus. Rex, like Cecil, often claims not to be scary, despite his appearance. He wears diapers because not only does he find 'em comfy, he also loves stuffing various things into them, such as candy like a trick-or-treat bag, and swelling it up with various soft drinks and other liquids. He doesn't like wetting or messing in his padding though, but at least Cecil likes to tolerate him for that fact.
