Since no one has taken responsibility to make up cute situations about this, I decided to take it upon myself to make them up for you because this is adorable! Also, you can add how Charlie got regressed and how the rest of the cast would react if you want. Just an extra note, I'm still new to this commenting thing!
Situation 1.
Pentious: *Is yelling at the Egg Bois for a mistake they made while Charlie is playing on the ground* Why do I even bother with yellow oiled, hard-shelled, incompetent, pieces of-
Baby Charlie: *Starts crying from all the yelling*
Pentious: *Starts worrying* No no, sweetie! I didn't mean you! *Picks up Charlie and cradles her* Shhhh, it's okay! It's okay.
Baby Charlie: *Starts calming down before starting suckle on her hand*
Pentious: There we go! Tell you what, *Changes his hold on Charlie, so that he's now holding her under her armpits and is up to his face* how about we go get you a yummy bottle and give you a nice nap in your new crib! How does that sound?
Baby Charlie: *Stops sucking on her hand and giggles as she puts her baby hands on Pentious's face*
Pentious: *Taking that as a yes, he goes back to cradling her, and is about to slither away with her before one of the Egg Bois ask him something*
Egg Bois: Are we still in trouble, Mr Bossman?
Pentious: *Is about to say something before he looks down and sees Charlie snuggling in his jacket and listening to his heartbeat. He sighs before saying in a commanding voice* Just make sure you don't do it again... *Goes back on his marry way to take care of Charlie, leaving the Egg Bois stunned at what he said*
Situation 2.
Pentious: *Is looking over his plans to take over Hell in his planning room (which has papers and blueprints all over the floor), before hearing a commotion and a Egg Boi coming in*
Egg Boi: *Is exhausted* Sir, we need your help!
Pentious: *Sighs* What is it now? *Hears Charlie's crying in the background and instantly goes out of the planning room to see what's wrong. Only to find Charlie crying on the ground surrounded by a bunch of Egg bois. He picks her up and puts her on his left shoulder* What did you do?! *Notices how a bunch of the Egg Bois are wearing pegs and gas masks. Before long, he soon releases the smell* Oh my... SATIN!!! *Changes his hold on Charlie so that he's now holding her under her armpits, and makes sure she's far away from him* What did you feed her?!
Egg Boi: You feed her, Mr Bossman!
Pentious: Oh... right. *Looks back at Charlie before putting her back on his left shoulder again* Definitely the last time I'm ever using that baby food! *Manages to calm her down and leaves the room (with a bunch of Egg Bois following him)*
One change later...
Pentious: *Comes back into the room exhausted (with bunch of other exhausted Egg Bois) with a happy Charlie* How can one small baby have THAT much energy?! I'm a scientist and even I don't understand that! *Pentious puts her down, kisses her on the head (which Charlie gave a cute giggle), and leaves her to play with her toys. Pentious is about to leave before one of his Egg Bois question him*
Egg Boi: Where do you get these toys from, sir?
Pentious: I made them, where do you think I got all this machinery from?! You think I go dumpster diving to find this? No, we have a budget and we get it from a toy company I (sometimes) work for.
Random Egg Boi: That actually explains a lot...
Pentious: Say that again and you'll become Charlie's next toy!
Random Egg Boi: Right, Mr Bossman! Sorry Mr Bossman!
Situation 3.
Vaggie, Alastor, Angel and even Lucifer: *Busts into Pentious's base to "rescue" Charlie*
Vaggie: Where's Charlie, you legless son of a-
Pentious: Do you mind?! *Cuts to Pentious cradling Charlie as he's feeding her a bottle*
Everyone: *Is either confused or shocked*
Baby Charlie: *Finally finishes her bottle before Pentious takes it from her mouth. She happily laughs and coos as she sees him put it on the table next to him*
Pentious: *Turns to one of them* Hey, can you hand me that towel over there?
Vaggie: *Sees the towel next to her, so she picks it and hesitantly hands it over to Pentious*
Pentious: *Puts it on his left shoulder before doing the same to Charlie, he then burps her. Putting her down on his right, he takes the (still) clean towel off his left shoulder and puts it on the same table. He then slithers up to Lucifer, everyone prepares themselves and aim their weapons at Pentious! But were shocked when he just hands Charlie to Lucifer* Here's your daughter. *Slithers away for a while before returning a vile* And here's the cure! *Hands it over Lucifer* Just give it to her when she's hungry again and she'll be back to her normal age in... *Looks at his watch and counts on his fingers* 6 hours!
Lucifer: *Says in a completely confused voice* Thank... you?
Pentious: Don't mention! I'm actually serious, don't mention it! *Bend down to Charlie and softly pinches her cheeks* Goodbye, little one. *Gets back up and says to the rest of the group* Right, off you go! *This causes everyone to leave rather confusedly*
Baby Charlie: *Says while over her father's shoulder* Pen pen! *Reaches out to him but Pentious just does a friendly goodbye wave before ordering his Egg Bois to fix the mess that was made*

Oh my god!!! That's so cute and awesome!!!
