you have to check in edit mode which edges will be the seam (ctrl+E -> mark seam), and then UV unwrap model like for texturing.
After that I take screen shot of UV map and redraw it in corel, scale it and cut it to pieces if necessery so everything fits on an A4 sheet of paper
