hey employers should understand of a death in the family is not just casual leave from work but a 1 time personal day (but if they can't grant it well at least you tried)

True - But since I'm considered "Part-time" I don't get benefits like Death Leave...I guess I'll have start taking commissions to help pay for burial fees...
