Raizo Shekrat is a Djinn with a background he doesn't particularly like to share. His arms were lost when he was young, and replaced with four hands that float around seemingly of their own accord when he gained his Djinn status. Two of these hands have gems that can be taken to gain three wishes from him, but only three per person. The right gem features a hypnotic ability, lulling victims into a more vulnerable state of mind; though it doesn't work too well on those he is bound to. However, the left's paralytic gem can affect someone he is bound to for limited times and with limited effect. Otherwise, it can hold an adult human in place for a few hours unable to move save for the rise and fall of breathing.

He grants wishes depending on how people treat him. The more he dislikes a person, the more manipulative and opportunistic he is with vague wishes. For those he likes? He won't mess with them, simply granting the wishes in the most hazard free way possible. He has few likes, primarily eating honey ham and sunbathing. As a basilisk he is always careful considering the toxic venom he can produce, so he is shy about kissing people. He has an enjoyment of eating prey or the souls of prey as well, often saving that fun bit for people who are cruel and abusive with their wishes or treatment of him.

He doesn't like people who bully others just to be cruel, but he also dislikes those who tuse their 'holy' causes to subjugate others. Though this could be an inkling into his past.
