While thwarting the attacks of a bank robber smuggling pink and clear CNG, Cripto discovers he now has 100% total immunity to the lethal element, as well as the fact he has permanently lost his ability to intentionally pull money out of thin air (which is what got him in trouble to start with). He decides to use it to further motivate him to do more things without his powers (although being a superhero still requires them from time to time).

Chuong: If Cripto is perfectly immune to CNG, then maybe he can be called in to those towns with the weird names when a local decides to put CNG in the signs to punish sign thieves. After hearing what happened in Middelfart back in Denmark, I hope that civil engineer learns just how dangerous CNG is and how he almost destroyed not only his own city, but also the entire municipality in which the city is the capital of.
Zax: Personally, I don't blame the guy. He even called in the Danish G-52s only for these punks to come back two weeks later so he pretty much exhausted out his options.

Leo: On the other hand, he still should have known better. He could have killed off the entire population of Denmark.
Cripto: I've already got my powers censoring those names. Only the locals can still see it uncensored depending on who the local is.
Lenarth: I'd suggest a name change if that was okay, but our town's name isn't changing at all. Middleburg would be my new name for it.
Levi: And likewise, as Rainier mentioned, a certain Canadian town has the motto "Our name will not change."

Chuong: Very few places on Earth that once had unusual names have undergone name changes but not without intensive discussion first. Kinki University, a private university in Osaka, Japan, is renamed as Kindai University, after locals complained about American tourists making inappropriate jokes about the name. Languages are connected to history and grammar just like music in almost a way. Change a note, you may change the entire musical content. In DNA sequencing, change a DNA code, you will change the entire sequence. Place name changes could change what the place name and their history is, and changing history is what we are against. In Thailand, there were suggestions to change the capital's name from Bangkok to Krung Thep but such a plan got thrown out the window, despite the thousands of immature English-speaking tourists it attracts from the world. When Lek suggested the idea, politicians told him the change will not happen and it will stay whether he likes it or not. In the end in many cases, it's risking angering the locals for changing the name or attracting immature tourists.
Zax: I thought Cripto's powers only censors profanity.
Chuong: It also censors other naughty words too. You can use non-profanity naughty words, but be careful and mindful on how you use them.
