Yak meat for many would be unusual and difficult to find but this recipe show cases and compliments this lovely flavoursome meat beautifully. From the kitchens of kachiewolf

It was soooooooooooo good!!!

Start with 1lb of yak meat (makes 4 patties)
Kneed in lemon pepper seasoning (I added it 4 times)
Mold into patties
(for baking, place patties on tinfoil covered pan @ 350 for about 10-15 min depending on how you like your meat)
(for grilling, grill like any other hamburger)
Add trimmings to your liking *cough, red onion, cough*
