Handmade Noodles
First time here and no hand pulled noodles I'm afraid. So if you wanna do your noodles correctly here are the two essential ingredients, all estimations and gut feeling:
-Baking Flour
-Water
Method:
-First pour an estimated 2/3 flour to 1/3 water and mix by hand to create a dough from it.
-Knead until the dough no longer feels wet.
-Fold your dough 2-5 times before letting rest for about 30 minutes before doing again. All depending on your climate. Dry climate would be less compare to humid climate.
-Rest finally before prepping the dough to be noodles.
-You have the options of using mechanic or hand pulled method, or cut individually by hand. Make sure four is added to avoid sticking.
-Pour all in a pot of boiling water and stir constantly for 2-5 minutes depending on noodles thickness.
-Strain noodles, and prep with however you want, poured into a north or seasoned then like I did.
-Done!
