This is just a piece to really play with how I draw Dusk here. I wanted to experiment with longer fur and with using tonal value differences in his main and fur. The background is shite just to fill space. More solid stuff to come soon.

I love the look of the longer fur on his forearms. However, and I hate to say it, I think he'd quickly find it impractical to have it that long near/on his hands. Imagine some of it getting jammed into the moving parts/pinch points of his gun.
I'd suggest keeping it longer on the arms and shorter on the hands, but I'm not sure how well that look would play out.

Hmm, a valid point but then, we suspend disbelief for a lot already in the furry fandom so I find it kind of nit-picky to drop suspension of disbelief for that. Still, I hear loud and clear that there are some folks that this hits wrong. Back to the drawing board I guess (literally) ;)
Ok, you're done. Typical furry causing drama and getting rude and defensive when someone calls him out on his behavior. Question, who have you been hanging out with that makes you believe put downs and general snide comments at other people's expense are acceptable ways to act? I warned you, now you are done.
The face is strikingly beautiful as always, but the more I look at it the more I think his paws just look a bit too hairy for their own good.
Rather than being able to see the individual fingers and figure out what they're doing they get sort of buried in the hair and makes him look more shaggy, I think, than is preferable.
Lovely work, but if the forearm/paw fur is what you changed I might suggest going back to the old design.
