Her name is Marah. Marah of Dalsus. She fled her home town ten years ago after a horde of trolls invaded her village and made a slave out of anyone they didnt butchered.

She travels from one place to another working as a sell-sword and when mercenary work is no where to be found, her sneaking skills help her "borrow" money from merchant caravans who are brave or stupid enough to travel after the sun sets.

Marah carries the Blade of Vigil, which causes horrible nightmares to anyone it wounds and makes them wake up in absolute terror every time they go to sleep. Every time.

She took the sword from the very hand of the troll who tried to capture her. He won't miss it. The dead don't miss things.

There's only one thing Marah loves more than her sword and that's her pet amethyst sparrow.
