um....basically think elf but tied to tree's. they select a tree and they nourish it, if the tree dies they die unless they can bond to another tree before the old one dies. Their also called Nymphs, wood Nymphs etc. The term Dryad applies to them because its a dereliction of druid, meaning well..druid XD. in simple terms, their wood elves basically, most often found naked, or with clothing skin tight giving the appearance of nudity, very beautiful, and often give off scents native to their bonded tree that can lure men, and women, in to be either killed, or played with. Killed is only if the dryads are in a cove where no humans are suppose to enter, normally their commanded to kill by a higher power, so basically 'normal' dryads will lure in men and woman to tease have sex with, and reward them with fruits from their tree's which in the mythology are VERY delicious and are sweeter and more flavorful than any tree without a dryad.

Why's mother nature taking the beautiful women! Should be some stuffy old a-hole nature destroying men! lure a bunch of CEO's out to the park or something, and have them really dedicate a new ring of trees!
