The process? That depends. Although she's not available for money.
Sometimes I'll ask for a request, in exchange for the free adoptable.
Sometimes, I'll respectfully say "no", for reasons.
But, it depends...if you adopt this pichu gal, do you plan on doing anything, with her, involved?
