This stone is in BW's style, but I wonder if it was either of his sons (Elias and Ira) who carved this. Both were still kids at that point, but it wasn't unusual to start learning a trade early then. It could also have been someone from his shop.
Because BW's linework was a lot more confident by the early 1790s than what seems to be the case here.
