So, a long time ago I made up this group of Robot Masters & submitted an image of them to DA & Sheezy (you can see it here). Recently, however, I've gotten the urge to redesign them & add a few more to the list.

This one, formerly known as "Chill Woman" (thanks a lot Capcom...), was one of the ones I REALLY wasn't happy with. I'll admit it; she was the last of the four that I designed, and by that time I was running low on creativity.

I'll put up a FULL description of her when the image is done, as this is just a preview.
